Additional Booking Information

Cleaning Fee: $175.00

Dog Fee:  $200 per week or $40 per night (if renting nightly)

Refundable Security Deposit:  $600.00

Payment: Once you have decided that you wish to stay at Our Topsail Escape, we will send you a contract and you can pay either by Check or PayPal.   The amount will be broken out into 2 payments as follows:

  1. 50% deposit (Rental, fees, & taxes) due upon acceptance of contract.
  2. Remainder of Balance plus the $600 refundable deposit.  This is due 30 days prior to check in date

 

*PayPal will accept payment from you, using a credit card, a debit card or a bank check. It is free for you to use and it is safe and secure.

In the event you need to cancel your reservation, the following will apply:

Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a 96.5% refund if paying by credit card (PayPal).  100% if paying by check/Venmo.  This is due to PayPal not refunding credit card processing fees for refunds. 

*Cancellations less than 60 days prior will not receive a refund, unless we are able to get the house re-rented.  There will be a $100 administrative charge if we are able to get the house re-rented.
